Vegetation change and alien impact

We have carried out vegetation analyses in the Juan Fernandez Archipelago (Robinson Crusoe Islands) in the years 2011 (on Alejandro Selkirk) and in 1999/2000 (on Robinson Crusoe). For reasons of differences in age, geomorphology, and human impact these islands are very distinct in their vegetation and alien plant impact. We are currently comparing Skottsbergs 100 years old vegetation data with our actual data from Alejandro Selkirk.
